Serie A CEO defends new domestic TV deal, talks up piracy fight and international plans

Luigi De Siervo, chief executive of Lega Serie A, has hit out at critics who claimed the recent €4.5bn ($4.8bn) domestic media-rights deal undervalued the Italian top flight, adding he is bullish about the international sales process which is under way in several markets.
